In general, the technology has advanced by leaps in each time interval. The basis for each leap is discoveries or major inventions radicallychanging essential engineering and technological principles and opening up new vistas for the technical progress in all spheres of science and technology.
The potentialities of improving products operating based on a specific engineering principle are being gradually exhausted. Attaining new qualities requires increased financing and further specialization of labor.
The site presents a new class of
positivedisplacement devices Holubeu Machines serving as a
nonconventional element basis for developing different types of hydraulic and pneumatic motors,

The Spetsmetalloizdeliya Company and its division Machines and Mechanisms Laboratory (MML) explore and realize the invention which was named after the author Holubeu Machines due to its pioneering character.
Using its own special theoretical research and experiments, the Machines and Mechanisms Laboratory (MML) will implement the following required work package to develop products of a principally innovative design with kinematic construction principles Holubeu Machines (MG) applied actually in any field of technology:

Given the fact that uncertainty of taking engineering decisions is extremely high at the initial development stages, the innovative equipment is being consistently and systematically developed and manufactured to minimize the risk of error and the risk of obtaining a negative result. This objective may be accomplished by splitting development stages into simple jobs (scientific and engineering products), thereby allowing the Customer to examine technical solutions to make sure without special knowledge and big financial expenditure that the path selected is correct.

The basic invention was made by Vladimir Iosifovich Holubeu more than twenty years ago.
